James Jonah "Jim" Cummings (born November 3, 1952) is an American actor, singer, voice artist, and comedian, best known as the current voices of Winnie the Pooh and Tigger after the deaths of Sterling Holloway, Hal Smith and Paul Winchell. Among his other Disney works, he also did the voice Darkwing Duck in the series of the same name (as well as returning to voice the actor who plays Darkwing Duck in the in-universe tv show for the Ducktales reboot, Jim Starling), Mickey's nemesis Pete from the Mickey Mouse franchise, Mr. Stork in Dumbo, Kaa Colonel Hathi and King Louie from The Jungle Book (the latter he also voiced in the Disney television series, TaleSpin), and Ed the hyena from The Lion King. He is also the current voice of Taz from the Looney Tunes franchise, having voiced him in the series Taz-Mania, and in various other Looney Tunes projects. And he did the voice of Fuzzy Lumpkins. And Dreamworks he did the voice of Captain of the Guards in Shrek and Lidong in Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness.
On The Simpsons he provided the vocals for Duncan in the episode, "Saddlesore Galactica"
