Jimmy Carter Jr. was one of the presidents helping out at the painting houses event that Lisa took Homer along to. He was there with Bill Clinton and George H. W. Bush.
Carter appears as a statue. After the statue is first revealed, the crowd riots at the bad use of tax payers money. Upon Marge's return they alter the statue to poorly resemble her.[1]
