James Earl Carter, Jr., better known as Jimmy Carter, was one of the presidents helping out at the painting houses event where Lisa took Homer. He was there with Bill Clinton and George H. W. Bush.[1]
President Carter appears as a statue. After the statue is first revealed, the crowd calls him history's greatest monster, and riots at the bad use of tax payers money. Upon Marge's return they alter the statue to poorly resemble her.[2]
