JoJo Bouvier was the son of Pepe/Meaux and Bambi Bouvier/Genevieve Bouvier and the brother of Charlene Bouvier, the late Clancy Bouvier, Chester Bouvier, and Herman Bouvier.

He is also the brother-in-law of Jacqueline Bouvier, the paternal uncle of Selma, Patty, Marge Bouvier, Arthur, and possibly Hortense, the uncle-in-law of Homer Simpson, the maternal granduncle of Bart, Lisa, and Maggie Simpson, and the adoptive maternal granduncle of Ling Bouvier.
