Dr. Joan Kenley is an American psychologist and voice actress, known as the voice of many telephone and voicemail systems. She appeared as the telephone lady in the episodes "Home Sweet Homediddly-Dum-Doodily", "King-Size Homer" and "The City of New York vs. Homer Simpson". She is also an author and a consultant on many issues.
