Joan Rivers (June 8, 1933 - September 4, 2014) was a comedian, TV personality, and actress. She was well known for her raspy Brooklyn accent as well as her rude, mean, cruel, and whiny personality, brash manners, and plastic surgeries. Making fun of other celebrities and herself had become her trademark. She voiced Annie Dubinsky in "The Ten-Per-Cent Solution" as Krusty’s wrong talent agent he asked the Simpsons to find.
She died on September 4th 2014 due to cardiac arrest, surgery, brain damage and lack of oxygen.
