Joe C. was a rapper and Kid Rock's assistant. He was diagnosed with coeliac disease that caused dwarfism. He eventually died from this disease in November 2000, 9 months after "Kill the Alligator and Run" aired. Kid Rock's 2001 album Cocky was dedicated to him.
History[]
He and Kid Rock had a concert in Six Toe County during Spring Break. When he appeared on the stage, Homer thought he was a lost child and tried to tackle him, but a security guard caught him and threw him back over the fencepost. The concert was later interrupted by Homer, who climbed up the stage and started to drink a huge bottle of malt liquor. He then sprayed both rappers with the malt liquor. They were going to attack him, but were stopped by the sheriff.
