Joseph "Joe" Swanson is a supporting character on Family Guy. He is a macho paraplegic policeman who suffers from intense anger problems.

He is friends with Peter Griffin, Glenn Quagmire and Cleveland Brown and was seen in the episode "The Simpsons Guy" at the trial with his wife Bonnie Swanson. He gave Peter ideas for, For Pete's Sake!
