The blackboard gag references the finale episodes of two shows:

When Homer is shown in the bed with Marge, he had described himself as the "Tiger Woods" of sex referring to Woods' sex affairs.
The "great song about Alabama" heard when the taxi driver turns the radio on was a classic 70's song named "Sweet Home Alabama" preformed by Lynyrd Skynyrd.
When Ralph cusses, it could be a reference to Lindsey cussing in "The Total Drama Island" episode "That's Off The Chain!"
Trivia
During the opening credits, Lisa's saxophone is replaced with a trumpet.
When a paparazzo took a picture of More, the sound recording is the exact same from the Tracey Ullman short Family Portrait.
Goofs
In the scene where the American Idol judges comment on the competitor's performance, at first Randy and Ellen can be seen sitting next to Kara. However, when Kara comments on the performance, Simon and Moe can be seen sitting next to Kara.
After Moe agrees to judge the beard contest, Homer, Barney, Lenny, Carl and the man with the big beard thank him in lady voices. But when Moe scares them off with the light switch, the bearded man has disappeared and only the other guys are seen running off.
Homer says that he wanted to name Bart "Barf", but Marge was afraid that other kids would make fun of him. However, the flashback in "I Married Marge" shows that Homer was more reluctant to use Marge's name ideas in fear of the same thing.
