Justin is a boy that likes William Shakespeare.

History

When Homer was taking Bart to Upward Bound, they stopped at Skobo's. Homer asked a man sitting at next table which youth prison his son was being taken to. The man answered that Justin and him were going to Oregon Shakespeare Festival, where Sir Peter Hall was directing. Justin then said, that he wanted to buy a sweatshirt with Shakespeare's face on it. When they left, Homer and Bart started making fun of them.

When Principal Skinner's plaque was replaced by Homer's one on the Springfield Wall of Fame, Justin and his father came there and Justin had his picture taken with Homer. As they were walking away, Justin asked his father if he could be elected class president. His father answered that they couldn't all be Homer Simpson.
