Kaiser Wilhelm II (January 27, 1859 - June 4, 1941) was a German emperor. However, his grave is on Springfield Cemetery. He supported Billy the Kid, when he terrorized Springfield in "Treehouse of Horror XIII". He has become a member of Billy's A Hole in The Ground gang. The real Emperor Wilhelm II died at age 82 in his Dutch exile, while Adolf Hitler kept him under "Hausarrest" (German for "house arrest"). In a non-canon episode of The Simpsons, he appeared in the graveyard of Springfield.
