Kaiser Wilhelm II (January 27, 1859 - June 4, 1941) was the Emperor of Germany and the Commander-in-Chief of the German armed forces during World War I.

In flashback Mrs. Glick's brother Asa was a frontline World War I soldier holding a live grenade and started saying aloud to himself, "This one's for you, Kaiser Bill. Special delivery from Uncle Sam and all the boys in "D" company--" and while listing off all the names the grenade exploded and he was killed. ("Three Men and a Comic Book")

His grave is in Springfield Cemetery. He supported Billy the Kid, when he terrorized Springfield in "Treehouse of Horror XIII". He has become a member of Billy's A Hole in The Ground Gang.
Behind the Laughter[]
The real Kaiser Wilhelm II died at age 82 at his estate in Holland where he had lived in exile since Germany's defeat in World War I and buried in a mausoleum on the grounds.
