Kareem Abdul-Jabbar (born Ferdinand Lewis "Lew" Alcindor, Junior, on April 16, 1947 in New York City, New York) is an American retired basketball player, coach, actor, and author. From 1969-1986, Abdul-Jabbar played in his college years while studying at University of California, Los Angeles branch before being drafted to the Milwaukee Bucks, then Los Angeles Lakers. Abdul-Jabbar holds the records of 6 NBA championships, 6 MVPs, and 72 wins in the regular season, more than any other at his time before retiring in 1989. He’s a friend of Dr. Zander, who enlisted his help, to teach Homer what Bart is going through after he was told about the strangling Homer does. Abdul-Jabbar, as Homer, chokes Homer, as Bart, to get the message through to Homer.
