King Ramses was an ancient Egyptian king. He is self-centered and uses slave labor extensively. The slaves manage to escape his grasp by flushing all their toilets at the same time and using up all the water in the Red Sea, allowing them to cross. The sea fills up by the time the Pharaoh's army attempts to cross.
He is presented as an ancient Egyptian version of Seymour Skinner.
