He’s been a neighbor of Moe Szyslak for over 10 years, he is most likely in his 40s or 50s, and he has often gotten in fights with Moe due to using his garbage and Toot stole his mail, his most prominent fight was with Moe in Covercraft, when he is caught in a tanning machine, he was using them for his website tam cams, where he had been secretly been posting people in them, he later appeared in Woo-hoo Dunnit? Where he reminisced about Lisa’s obsession over a saxophone.
Top Goon has Moe mention that Gayle left him, and Toot elaborates it was for his more-handsome brother.
