The Knifey Spooney is a citizen of Australia. When Bart Simpson examined his pocket swiss army knife, he approached Bart and exclaimed, "You call that a knife? THIS is a knife!" He proceeded to take out a spoon. When Bart pointed out he was holding a spoon and not a knife, he responded, "I see you've played knifey-spoony before."
He later appears in Lost Verizon at a bar called “Crocodile Drunkee”.
