The secondary story of The Simpsons Comics 3.

Synopsis[]

Only one man has the bravery to save the world while wearing giant shoes and makeup... Krusty the Clown.

Full Story[]

While on a secret mission with Miss Pennycandy, Krusty is seemingly blown up in an ambush. Fortunately, it is revealed to be a robot decoy, and the real Krusty treats Pennycandy to an intimate night. The next day, Krusty is called on his secret red-nose phone reports to K.L.O.W.N. headquarters where Corporal Punishment sends him on a mission to confront the evil forces of W.O.O.D., led by Gabbo the Dummy. Sideshow Mel supplies Krusty with gadgets such as a literal pair of parachute pants and giant clown shoes that turn into helicopter blades at the push of a button. As Krusty flies out to sea on his mission, a terrifying sight appears before him. The very next scene has Krusty explaining what happened to Miss Pennycandy.

In a TV studio, the real, non-secret agent Krusty is trying to pitch his action-show to executives, who are disappointed that there's no action (as Krusty ran out of money during filming). As the executives leave in disgust, Krusty's nose phone starts ringing. Before he can answer it, the executives order him to return the nose to the prop department.
