Lady Milhouse is Milhouse Van Houten's character in Earthland Realms.

History

Milhouse is the Shadow Knight's assistant. He was transformed to look like a lady by a spell (with longer hair, breasts, and woman clothes) and the Shadow Knight said he would reverse it but never got around to it. Cleric once told Milhouse that he looked pretty. It is unknown if Marge killed Lady Milhouse in revenge for the Shadow Knight.
