Milhouse (or Lady Milhouse) is Milhouse Van Houten's character in Earthland Realms.
History
Milhouse is the Shadow Knight's assistant. He was transformed to look like a lady by a spell (with longer hair, breasts and woman clothes) and the Shadow Knight said he would reverse it but never got round to it. Cleric once told Milhouse that he looked pretty.
