Larry Kidkill is the owner of the Springfield City Zoo. He signs The Nahasapeemapetilon Octuplets up to become an exhibit there when Apu and Manjula can't cope with being parents. He sets them up in a show, angering Apu and Manjula because of the exploitation of their children. He sometimes works with Butch Patrick.
