The Lethal Opening Sequence couch gag is the third couch gag of Season 10.
Plot
Instead of the Simpsons entering the living room to sit on the couch, Freddy Krueger (from the A Nightmare on Elm Street movie franchise) and Jason Voorhees (from the Friday the 13th movie franchise) are already on the couch, wondering where the Simpsons are. Turns out, the family has all died in the driveway. Bart has fallen, Lisa crashes through the roof, and Homer is hit by the car.
Oddly, Jason is not mute like he usually is.
