Linda McCartney is the wife of Paul McCartney. She only appeared in “Lisa the Vegetarian”, appearing on the top of Apu's Kwik-E-Mart. She and Paul liked to hang out in Apu's garden above the Kwik-e-Mart whenever they were in Springfield. She had her own line of vegetarian entrees and was critical of other vegetarian meals "on the market" due to the fact that they often carry "a big hunk of pork in them."
