Trivia
- Nelson and Lisa hold hands, referring to the episode where Lisa dates Nelson. They also discuss the time they were dating.

Wiggum accitily exposes ( or almost exposes ) Loe as an undercover cop when Loe iseatingdinner with fat Toney and the rest of the mob
This is the third time Wiggum: has outited someone going undercover infant Tonys mob,theorist time was in a simpsons clip show where he tould homer they had a guy undercover who he then pointed and waved to that guy what's was standing in front of fat Toney
The second time was when Bart went undercover to buy firework and Wiggum called out fat Tonys name exposing that Bart was wearing a wire.
Goofs
- Grampa already gave his inheritance to the Simpsons in Lisa vs. Malibu Stacy.
Officer Loe has been with Wiggum when he arrested fat tony in other epsiodes so the mobsters should have reconcized him right away , although that's part of the joke that they didn't.
The Itailain mob has a rule that you have to be Itailain to join the mob , either fat tony dosnt follow that rule or Leo lied and said he was part Itailain when he joined as part of his undercover.
Cultural references
- The episode title is a pun on the "Mona Lisa" painting, which was previously punned in the episodes "Moaning Lisa," "Moe'N'a Lisa" and "Mona Leaves-a." And third to have Lisa's name in the title.
- Nelson's company Snot Wheels is a parody of the toy car company, Hot Wheels.
- Up: The 2009 Disney/Pixar movie is punned in P.U., the title of the Itchy & Scratchy cartoon Lisa and Bart watch in the car.
