Hollywood, a neighborhood in Los Angeles, is regarded as the historical capital of American cinema. San Pedro, another Los Angeles neighborhood, is famous for its harbor which imported goods come in. Venice, another neighborhood in Los Angeles, is famous for its beach coast.
History
The Simpson family visited the city after Homer gave Mel Gibson's new film a bad review. Mel made Homer and his family come to L.A. so he could edit the film.[1] Moe Szyslak also came to Los Angeles after he became a judge on American Idol.[2]

In Los Angeles it is illegal to bathe two babies in the same bathtub at the same time.[3]
