Lou Collier is a man who attended the Alpha Tau fraternity alongside Waylon Smithers, Jr. and later in 1980 applied for a job at the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant. During the interview, he reminisced about his and Smithers' fraternity days as well as describing himself as a workaholic. It can be assumed that he received the job.
