Louie is a tow truck driver.
History
Louie offered Homer a tow truck and a job tow trucking cars. Homer accepted, though Louie warns him to stick to his own area. Homer gets rid of everyone's cars in Springfield and the Springfieldians get very angry, and take revenge. When Homer is unknowingly in Louie's area, the Springfieldians put a "You're Still In Springfield" poster over a sign saying, "You're Not In Springfield Anymore." Louie was furious and held Homer hostage with the other tow truck drivers who trespassed until he was rescued by his clever infant daughter Maggie Simpson. What happened to the other tow truck drivers is unknown.
