Madame Chao's Employee 1 is an employee at Madame Chao's. He supplied customers with fortune cookies. He was initially giving them cookies saying "You will find happiness with a new love", a fortune which Homer Simpson got and believed to be referring to Mindy Simmons. The container with those cookies grew empty, so Madame Chao's Employee 2 suggested he start providing the fortune cookies saying "Stick with your wife" instead.
