"Maggie's Brain" is the tenth Simpsonsshort. It originally aired on The Tracey Ullman Show on October 11, 1987.
Plot[]
Bart and Lisa wonder what Maggie is thinking while she is lying in her crib. Lisa thinks that Maggie's body language is saying that she wants to play, so Bart plays "This Little Piggy" with Maggie's toes until he pulls the pinky toe, causing Maggie to kick Bart in the eye. Lisa thinks that Maggie is saying "Game's over."
Later, Bart and Lisa wonder what they look like to Maggie, so they babble to her. However, she sees her siblings as monsters. Bart tells her that when she grows up, she'll be like them.
Later, Bart and Lisa wonder what the hopes and dreams of a tiny infant inside a crib actually are, and Maggie imagines doing the same to them as they are doing to her. Lisa thinks that Maggie is imagining how much she loves them, while Bart says that they might never know.
