Maisie MacDougal (née MacWeldon) is the beloved wife of Groundskeeper Willie. She makes her first appearance in "Ae Bonny Romance."
She is voiced by Karen Gillan.
Description[]
Maisie is a beautiful Scottish woman with back-length, curly ginger hair, freckles on her face, and sports red lipstick on her lips.
History[]
Before Willie moved to the US, he worked as a peat sniffer for Pa MacWeldon. While doing his job, he encountered Maisie for the first time, and they both fell in love. However, the rest of the MacWeldon family didn't approve of their relationship. When Willie and Maisie planned their escape to America, Maisie's family told her by saying Willie had been killed by a sheep, which led to her absence from the ship bound for America. Unfortunately, she didn't show up at the dock, leading Willie to go alone with his heartbroken.
Many years later, Willie told Bart the tale of Maisie's abandonment, and through their shared disdain for girls, they formed a bond. However, after Bart and Willie posted TikTok videos highlighting their adventures together, Maisie noticed them and reached out to Willie through DMs to reconnect to his connection. They decided to get married, and Willie quickly traveled to Edinburgh for the ceremony. When Bart is afraid over Willie about to go missing, Willie called Bart over video chat to tell him to come over before he dragged away from the camera. Subsequently, Bart convinced his parents to travel to Scotland to rescue Willie, but upon their arrival, they found out that Willie was about to marry Maisie.
