Mamma-at-Law is a legal drama featuring Mrs. Risotto.

After her son, Luigi Risotto, is arrested for smuggling diamonds inside his cheese, Mrs. Risotto went to Harvard Law School to become a lawyer. Therefore, she must save her son from being taken away, Mrs. Risotto slaps them to force them to agree, Luigi was found not guilty of being diamond smuggling charges.
A recurring joke in the series seemed to feature her slapping the jurors to coerce their agreement.
