Man O' Pies is Pie Man's Canadian counterpart. Homer once thought he is a Pie Man from another universe but Bart then explains that the reason he looks like Pie Man is that he is Canadian.

He has a sidekick named Kid Cupcake who also looks like Bart. He wears earmuffs and boots.
