The Man with the whip is a policeman who works in Six Toe County, Florida.
History[]
He is first seen after the Sheriff caught the Simpson family and makes them do forced labor. He later appears at the party, when he creates a fire that traps the Simpsons from escaping.
Personality[]
He is a cruel and nasty man who never listens to reason; he constantly whipped Homer, Marge (and possibly Lisa and Bart) every time they tired to speak. He is also possibly a fan of Captain Jack.
