Plot[]
At Springfield Elementary School, the children are performing dramatic scenes they've written themselves. Following an introduction by Chalmers and Skinner, Milhouse, Ralph, Sherri, and Terri perform their scene from Riverdale; Jimbo, Dolph, and Kearney enact a Let's Players segment, recording themselves playing a video game for MyTube; and Martin, Jimbo, Sophie, and Lewis Clark present a play inspired by The Masked Singer. In the end, Lisa portrayed herself, Database took on the role of Bart, Ralph acted as Homer, Sam Monroe played Marge, and Kearney represented Maggie in a play about the Simpson family. This performance highlighted the discomfort they felt about the public's perception of them, as well as Lisa's personal viewpoint.
At the First Church of Springfield, Marge attempts to deliver a humorous sermon but she fails. While on the way back home, the lightning strike hits the tree and falling trunk into top of the car which almost killed Marge. The following day, Homer begins to chop the trunk down, but he gets tired and went to sleep on his hammock. Consequently, Marge takes over and continues chopping it by herself. Patty invites Paula to observe her work and offers her the opportunity to become a lumberjill in the forest. Marge eventually engages in timbersports and competes in the Springfield Timbersports Pro-am, emerging victorious over her other men.
Marge can't leave without Homer for long, but eventually accepts Paula to travel to Portland for a month of partner training. At home, Marge tells Homer that she'll be gone for a month to train with Paula, subsequently she leaves Homer behind which leads Homer into tears.
A month later, the family travels to Portland to bring Marge back, only to discover she has settled in comfortably with Paula and is hesitant about returning the day after the Grizzly Timbersports Northwest Championship competition. They emerge victorious, and Paula informs Homer that she has her own family and holds no romantic interest in Marge. The family returns home, Maggie's confidence, Homer her gifts with a toy chainsaw, which frightens her.
