Mark Richard Hamill (born September 25, 1951) is an American actor and voice actor.
He is best known for portraying Luke Skywalker in the original Star Wars trilogy, as well as Star Wars: Episode VII The Force Awakens and its sequel, The Last Jedi. He also portrayed Turtle from the 2007 Disney TV show My Friends Tigger and Pooh as well as the voicing of Skips in the Cartoon Network series, Regular Show. He has also done a great deal of animated voice work, including voicing the Joker in Batman: The Animated Series.
On The Simpsons, Hamill guest starred in the episode "Mayored to the Mob", voicing himself appearing as a speaker at the Bi-Mon-Sci-Fi-Con and playing the role of Nathan Detroit in the Springfield Dinner Theater's production of Guys and Dolls.
Hamill also voiced the characters of Leavelle (Homer's bodyguard trainer) and the Dinner Theater Director.
He and Robert Englund are friends.
