Matthew Langford Perry (August 19, 1969 - October 28, 2023) was an American Canadian actor best known for his role as Chandler Bing on the NBC sitcom Friends, for which he earned a Primetime Emmy Award nomination in 2002. He also played Oscar Madison on the CBS sitcom The Odd Couple.
On The Simpsons, Matthew Perry was one of three voice actors for the Ultrahouse 3000 in the episode "Treehouse of Horror XII," along with Dan Castellaneta (as Dennis Miller) and Pierce Brosnan. Perry provided his own voice for the Ultrahouse's "Matthew Perry" voice option. When the family gave his voice a try, the Ultrahouse said, "Uh, yeah, could I be any more of a house?", a reference to Chandler's sarcasm. Matthew Perry was mentioned at the end of Homer the Father.
