Maurizio Romano (March 9, 1966 - September 20, 2003) was an Italian actor and voice actor. He was well known for being the primary Italian voice of Lionel Hutz in The Simpsons and he even voiced Professor Frink from his first appearance until Season 4.

Romano was killed in a car crash in Vizzolo Predabissi in Milan on September 20th 2003. He was 37 years old. He was survived by his younger sister Laura Romano, who is also a voice actress.
