Maximillian von Wonthelm is the leader of the Prussian Mob and is also a ska musician, performing as a member of the band The Skankfurters. During Fat Tony flashback, he does not want to share Wilhelm's passion for cooking and was currently part of ska band. As his father, Wilhelm von Wonthelm, died, Gewalteintopf was leaked and released to public by Thad Parkour even after Wilhelm told Fat Tony not to share with his son.

During Fat Tony's childhood, an uneasy truce existed between the Springfield Mafia and the Prussian Mob. To maintain the peace, each boss will send his youngest son to live with the other family as collateral. Fat Tony was sent to reside with Wilhelm von Wonthelm, who managed the mob operations from his restaurant, Das Food.
Maximillian, as the eldest son, did not share Wilhelm's passion for cooking and was a member of the ska band, The Skankfurters. After Maximillian took a day off, Fat Tony took over for him in the kitchen, and Wilhelm trained him to become a chef. Four years later, Wilhelm was proud of him and smiled at him. Maximillian sees at his father with Tony, he becomes jealous and is about to storm out. Wilhelm tried to stop him from leaving, insisting that he needed him with him that night, but he argued. Wilhelm intended to pass the recipe, Gewalteintopf: The Stew of Violence, to his son, but Maximillian rejected it and chose instead to continue playing in his band. Wilhelm received too many rejections; he suffered his heart attack and collapses. Before he dies, Wilhelm pass to Fat Tony and told him not to share with his son.
Many years later, Gewalteintopf was leaked by Thad Parkour and presented on his program, Kitchen Betrayal!. Maximillian, the leader of the Prussian Mob, appeared at the bridge where Homer plans to stop Thad from airing his program before the Prussian mob discovers it. As Fat Tony confronts Thad, he pursued Fat Tony, Homer, and Thad to exact revenge after the recipe was made public. Homer takes control of Fat Tony's car to lead to the last location where all the cooking smells. As Maximillian was about to shoot them, Homer told him to take a deep breath through his nose, and he caught a smell from his father cooking. After smelling the stew prepared by everyone following the revealed recipe, Homer remarked that his father's legacy would live on through people cooking his recipe. Maximillian and other members letting them go. Subsequently, Fat Tony and Maximillian about their children, whom they had arranged to live with one another, mirroring the arrangement their own fathers had once made. It appears that Maximillian's son suffers from allergies.
