After Mr. Burns realizes he is the oldest living person in Springfield, Smithers took Mr. Burns to get a check-up at the Mayo Clinic, and a doctor works there. The doctor tells Mr. Burns he has "everything," including diseases newly discovered inside Mr. Burns's body, but many of these diseases cancel each other out, indicating that Mr. Burns is indestructable.
