Menthol Moose is the spokesperson (mascot) for Laramie Cigarettes. He was replaced by Santa's Little Helper after he was diagnosed with lung cancer. His horns resemble Bullwinkle's horns.
When Lisa was on a float advertising Laramie Cigarettes, she saw kids (including Maggie) smoke a cigarette, this makes Lisa feel as if what she was doing was wrong, so she kicks a gigantic cigarette over on to the first actor, possibly killing him, and if not he may have later been killed by his lung cancer, but it is still unverified. In Mr. Plow Menthol (Possibly a different actor) appears in a picture, and appears in another picture after getting arrested, it is unknown what Menthol Moose did to be in prison, but it may be because of a controversy (similar to the Joe Camel controversy).

Menthol Moose is a takeoff of Joe Camel, the spokesperson (mascot) of Camel Cigarettes. Incidentally, Joe Camel made an autographed appearance in a picture of himself and Birch Barlow in "Sideshow Bob Roberts".
