Minecraft or MC for short' is a 2009 (alpha/beta) Swedish sandbox video game and app officially released in 2011. It is the most played game of all time and is played by over 1 billion people around the world as of 2020. The game was created by Markus Notch' Perrson and is run by Jens Jeb' Bergensten. It is the first game in the history of the entire company, Mojang, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. It was bought by American tech-giant Microsoft for over one billion dollars in September 2014. It is most played in the United Kingdom. Every year millions watch Minecon Live, a massive streamed Minecraft event held anywhere in the world (usually the United States) and tells fans Minecrafters' what is coming up in the next update. In 2020 it will be held as Minecraft Festival in Orlando, Florida due to COVID-19. The Turkish Governments president almost mistaken it as World Of Warcraft for violent themes that could damage teen's minds, while the game Minecraft is rated PG in Australia and New Zealand and E10+ in the United States, Canada and Mexico. It was given a 5 star rating on the App Store. The newest update is 1.20, as of now having no name, it adds Camels, Hanging Signs, Bamboo Wood, Bamboo Rafts, Cherry Blossom Trees, Archaeology, Armor Chiseled Bookshelves, and a dinosaur-like called the “Sniffer”, as well as its eggs, and new plants. All members of Mojang have a Twitter account and can post on Mojang and Minecraft's official Twitter (@Minecraft @Mojang) and Insta (Instagram). The game is available as Java Edition on P.C, Mac and newer Linux computers and as Pocket Edition on iOS, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo 3DS, Android and on PC. iOS, Android and Windows 10 can have Minecraft Education Edition. Legacy Console Edition consists of older consoles (Xbox 360, Wii and PlayStation 3. Other consoles in this edition (until 2018) were Nintendo Switch and Xbox One joined Pocket and in 2020, PlayStation 4 joined Pocket Edition as well. Their official website is minecraft.net.
The Simpsons Skin Pack[]
The Simpsons Skin Pack is a skin pack containing 24 skins of characters from the animated sitcom The Simpsons and was available on Legacy Console Editions until May 30, 2017. Due to the Better Together Update, it was added in Bedrock Edition on September 12, 2017, although it is only available to players who owned it already on Xbox consoles when they migrated from Legacy Console Edition.
