Moe's Grandmother was a woman who’s not only Moe's grandmother, but was also an implied witch due to her green skin, apparel, and weakness to water.
History[]
When Homer asks for water instead of beer, Moe mentions about the danger of water and how it killed his grandmother. A portrait hanging on the wall of Moe's Tavern is her only likeness shown.[1]
Trivia[]
- The fact that she died due to water and what she says on the picture is a reference to the Wicked Witch of the West in the Wizard of Oz.
