Moon River is a song sung by Andy Williams in "Bart on the Road" and also sung by Princess Penelope in "Once Upon a Time in Springfield". Originally composed by Henry Mancini with lyrics by Johnny Mercer, it was first performed by Audrey Hepburn, but later became popular following Williams' version. The title of the episode "Moonshine River" is a pun on the song's title.
