Mr. Blackheart is a professional ivory dealer, and former president of the FOX network. After rejecting to give Stampy to a wildlife refuge due to the refuge refusing to give him money in return, Homer met Mr Blackheart in his house and agreeded to sell Stampy to him in exchange for a fair amount of money. Suspicious of his true intentions, Lisa asks if he's an ivory dealer, only to admit that not only he's one, but that he had previously hunted whales and clubbed seals in his previous jobs. Hearing this, Bart tries to reasonate with Homer to not sell Stampy to him, but after failing and taking the offer, he ran away alongside Stampy. The following morning after the Simpsons notice their dissapearance, Homer curses his name, mistakingly thinking that he took Bart alongside Stampy.
