Mr. Burnsum was Mr. Burns' alter-ego in the Treehouse of Horror XXIV story "Freaks, No Geeks" where he is the owner of Burnsum and Bailey Circus. Burnsum is killed by the freaks, much to the shock of Strongman Homer. The strongman is then attacked by the freaks, who turn him into "The Worlds Strongest Duck".
