History[]
Mr. Frank Rhenquist was introduced when he and his wife agreed to have Francine used in an experiment being conducted by Lisa at the '12th annual big science thing' convention. He and his wife are then seen laughing with the Simpson Family as Francine subsequently attacked and beat up every single nerd at the convention. He and his wife have made appearances in a few episodes. In some of the appearances, Francine is sometimes seen.

Mr. Frank Rhenquist wears long blue pants, a white shirt with long sleeves and a collar, a green vest, and brown shoes. He also wears glasses and has ginger hair and freckles.
Trivia[]
His name bears resemblance to the Supreme Court Chief Justice at the time William Rehnquist.
