While shopping at Books! Books! and Additional Books!, Homer and Marge were looking for a book in the "Martial Relations" section to improve their marriage. Eventually, they decided for Mr. and Mrs. Erotic American by Paul Harvey.
Although they tried everything Harvey advised, including having a bath together and staying at AAA-approved motor lodges for a night, it didn't work. When the record ended, they threw it out the car window on the road. Homer then stopped, backed up and repeatedly drove over the tape.
