Mrs. Owl is one of several animal residents who occupy the lush forest adjacent to Cypress Creek, she was happened upon by Lisa Simpson whilst picking wild flowers. It was noted that Mrs. Owl was ''Out kind of early”, seconds before brutally attacking the Northern Reticulated Chipmunk.
It was unclear whether the encounter proved fatal, as although Lisa would later encounter a second Chipmunk in the forest, it is unknown if this was the same chipmunk (who had managed to escape), or simply a more fortunate fuzzy doppelganger.
