Mrs. Parkfield is Hugh Parkfield's mother and Mr. Parkfield's wife. She lives in Parkfield Manor. When Lisa Simpson visits her and compliments her silverware, she remarks that it was made for the finest family in Britain, and that she is unsure how it ended up reaching the Parkfield family.

Later, she visited Springfield to attend Lisa and Hugh's attended wedding.
