Mrs Wiggum only known as Grandma Wiggum is the unnamed mother of Clancy Wiggum and the paternal grandmother of Ralph Wiggum. She is unseen and only mentioned in the episode "E-I-E-I-D'oh", when says that Tomaccos taste like Grandma to which his father agrees. She is the wife of the late Iggy Wiggum who died in a parade float accident in 1979 and who fought along with Abraham Simpson II with the Flying Hellfish during World War II. Ralph has referred to one of his grandmothers as deceased, most notably in "The Blue and the Gray" when he refers to his grandmother as having "Gone to sleep in a forever box". It's unknown if this is Mrs. Wiggum or Sarah's mother
