Ms. Barr is a Physical Education teacher at Springfield Elementary School.
History
She asked Lisa why she wasn't playing dodgeball and Lisa replied that she was too sad. Ms. Barr didn't think you could be too sad to play dodgeball and told Lisa to show some enthusiasm. She then told the class to carry on playing.
She was also seen with other striking teachers, walking in front of the school with banners.
Trivia
- She was later replaced by Mrs. Pommelhorse. She looks similar to Ms. Barr, but with blond hair.
