Ms. Kelp was a substitute teacher at Lisa's class.

When all the teachers at Springfield Elementary received food poisoning, substitute teachers had to teach the students for a week. Lisa's new teacher was very strict on her, because Lisa didn't agree with her way of teaching.
Later, the art's and craft's show took place at school. Lisa brought a sand casting which represented many races and cultures joining hand. However, the teacher misinterpreted it as an anti-multicultural theme and Lisa got an A.
